Scholarships
The university offers them to a number of students at a rate of 5% of the number of students accepted in each year and for each specialization.
The university also offers scholarships to a number of students at a rate of 2% for the sons of martyrs out of the number of students accepted in each year and specialization. The Ministry of Higher Education also determines the names and number of these students.
Superior discounts and rewards
A- The first three outstanding students at the penultimate levels in each department or college are granted a discount from the fees for the year following the year of excellence as follows:
- The first Superior is 30% of the fees for the year in which he or she won.
- The second Superior is 20% of the fees for the year in which he won.
- The third Superior is 10% of the fees for the year in which they are won.
Provided that the number of credit hours he has studied in the first and second semesters is not less than / 33 / credit hours and that his average is not less than 80%, and the number of students in one level is not less than ten students.
B- Outstanding students in the year of graduation are granted the following rewards:
- 100,000 One hundred thousand Syrian pounds for the first outstanding graduate.
- 75,000 one hundred thousand Syrian pounds for the second outstanding graduate.
- 50,000 one hundred thousand Syrian pounds for the third outstanding graduate
Provided that the number of graduates in the college or department at the end of the second semester is not less than ten. In the event that the number of graduates is less than ten, rewards are granted to the first outstanding graduate only. In the case of graduates of the graduation year, the number of credit hours that the student studied in the first and second semesters must not be less than 30 credit hours, and his average in them should not be less than 80%.
C- The first outstanding graduate who graduated from his college or department with a period of time less than the regular period is granted a reward of 100,000 SYP 100,000 SYP in addition to the above.
D- The sequence of points obtained as a result of multiplying the number of credit hours studied by the student in the first and second semesters is based on the student's average for these two semesters in determining the top students at the different levels.
E - The first person who excels in any national examination / at the level of the Republic / is granted to each college a reward of 100,000 one hundred thousand Syrian pounds.
The above scholarships do not include ministerial scholarship students.
